#The OTG HDD player need to be formatted into FAT32 function, we suggest not to format with Windows XP built in format utilities as sometimes it leave non-FAT32 compliant data in MBR and make the HDD not useable on the player. You can use Partition Magic if you have the software, or you can use the excellent freeware SwissKnife ( download from internet)
Please switch off the main switch before unplug the player's adapter, and unplug it when it's not in use, the power adapter is not under warranty after receiving in good working condition. The majority cause of damage is by either power surge or electric spkie when unplugging without switch off the main.
