How to pay ?
We accept Credit Cards ( Master & Visa) , Internet Banking , Fund Transfer , Cash Deposit , Cheque Deposit , Western Union, Oversea Bank Telegraph Transfer , Emoneygram.com , Mobile Money , Pospay , AMonline, AllianceOnline. We do not accept Paypal because we have lost much money via Paypal !!
Can we COD or Meet Somewhere to buy ?
Sorry, we are operating as a Internet Shopping model, we don't have intention to go backward for COD and meet somewhere trade.
I am a foreigner (outside malaysia), how do i pay ?
By credit card . For high risk orders we only accept Bank TT, Western Union , emoneygram.com.
Will I receive my order after paying you ? Can I trust this webstore ?
We always advise shoppers to take time to browse our website before making decision. Besides, we are also running as a Malaysia registered company binded with Malaysia laws .
How much is shipping fee?
To find out how much shipping will cost, add the items you are interested in, to your shopping basket. Note that in doing this, you are not obligated to purchase these products. When viewing your shopping basket, you will see an option called 'Check Out'. When selecting this option, you will be forwarded to the 'Shipping Information Page.' Please enter your shipping address and shipping method and your shipping charge will appear. After viewing your charge, select the cancel button to cancel the check out process.
When will you send my orders?
Normally we will send your orders within 3 working days start from the next day of your payment . However, many items need to be shipped from oversea and need 7-10 working days.
What are the shipping options?
We normally use Poslaju because it's the cheapest but we also use a few others private couriers. For oversea orders, we normally use EMS and registered mails but we will also follow customers request to use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc expensive service if customer want to pay
Warranty & return :
What is your warranty policy
Each of our catalog merchants has their own Warranty policy (they differ from item to item). The warranty period is listed on the product description. If not available, the item's warranty is dead on arrival. However, please contact us to confirm the warranty again if our website doesn't mention or not clear. Some items come with warranty sticker , warranty card. Buyer must ensure the items he receives come with the sticker or card, if not pls contact us by email ASAP. Some others item doesn't come with warranty card or sticker but the there is serial number or code on the item. Some other items' warranty will be based on your purchase record with us.
What if the item you received is Damaged or Defective?
You can send us an email and report the damage. We will then guide you to return the damaged or defective items ,and we will make a new replacement to you. If the case, we fail to replace, we will give you a refund excluded postage. Processing your return usually takes 2 business days from the day we receive the return products.
What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?
If you are not completely satisfied with your items ,you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 25% restocking fee * for only items below selling price of RM300. So, please be careful and survey properly if u are buying expensive items. All returns must be preauthorized by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete. For items under "Fashion", we will not accept a return once your merchandise has been delivered. *amended on Dec 05,2006.
Where is your shop that I can view and test the products ?
Moresales.com.my is presently an pure Internet retailer without a physical store and we also don't have a counter for viewing nor self collection.
You can also place your order by sms us at 012-681-4702 or by faxing us at 03-5635-7902. For sms , please send brief sms : (name) want to buy (no of units) (item name) (location : Peninsular, Sarawak, Sabah, Spore, Brunei, others) (payment: Maybank,RHB, HL,BCB/CIMB,PBB and others). We will reply you with sms for total amount and bank account. Once you have made payment, please ,Immediately sms again : (name) paid (amount) for (item name).
How can I ensure to receive the item after making payment?

How to order different size, color or capacity than what is listed or what the images shown?
Some items has different size ( eg. clothings) , color (eg. MP3 Players) , capacity ( eg. memory card). Please write down your prefer size, color , capacity on the instruction box when checking out. Your payment will be made according to amount of different size, capacity written on the product page. We are sorry for unalbe to provide a more user friendly shopping cart to you at the moment.

Why no one pickup the telephone?
Please call us during weekday , Monday to Friday ,9.30am to 5.30pm. If you have internet access, we still prefer you email to us of your questions, because we might be short of manpower to answer calls.
